2. COMPETENCE REQUISITES: 

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in static and dynamic content creation, including product shoots, short videos, reels, and GIFs. The ideal candidate should bring an international perspective to their work, with proven experience on global projects. In this role, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s identity and goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Illustration, Printed Textile, or a related field. 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years as graphic designer experience in Nutrition / Health & Wellness /Pharmaceuticals sales, marketing, or related fields.  

SKILLS REQUIRED:  

  • Experience in branding, social media content creation, and event design. 
  • Strong eye for detail, proactive, and eager to learn new design techniques. 
  • Ability to create precise product specifications for clear vendor communication. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Corel DRAW. 
  • Strong experience in product shoots, basic video content creation, and visual storytelling. 
  • Expertise in typography, layout design, information design, and interactive design. 
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals, packaging, and photography. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating within a team. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Design on-brand visuals and creatives for new products, social media, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with vendors for merchandise design, specifications, and production. 
  • Support product shoots, ensuring high-quality and on-brand visual representation for marketing assets. 
  • Assist in creating engaging digital assets, including reels, GIFs, and short-form video content. 
  • Plan, design, and develop graphics for events and brand promotions, both digitally and in print. 
  • Produce visually appealing digital and print collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, packaging, and point-of-sale signage. 
  • Conduct research and stay updated on new manufacturing techniques, materials, and international design trends. 
  • Develop detailed product specifications for vendor communication to ensure accurate production. 
  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for meetings and webinars in line with brand guidelines. 
  • Provide ongoing recommendations for creative enhancements to presentations, sharing design insights with the team.
