Yana daya daga cikin mafi kyawun tushen bitamin E, don haka yana da alaƙa da fa'idodin kiwon lafiya da yawa. Oleic acid – wani nau’in kitse mai kitse da ake samu a cikin almonds, yana inganta ingantaccen matakin cholesterol na jiki.
