Shin Amla zata iya inganta lafiyar koda?

Amla, wanda kuma aka sani da guzberi na Indiya, babban ciyayi ne wanda aka sani don yawan abun ciki na bitamin C da kaddarorin antioxidant masu ƙarfi.
