Ajowan Caraway Oleoresin is obtained from the seeds of Trachyspermum ammi, commonly known as Ajowan. The chemical constituents such as Gama-terpinene P-Cymene and Thymol are responsible for the characteristic aroma of Ajowan. It also possesses a decent amount of riboflavin, phosphorus, thiamine, calcium, etc., thus used for various medicinal applications.
